User Data Deletion

To request deletion of personal data associated with your interactions with IM DIGITAL, contact us at contact@imdygital.com. Please include the phone number or email address associated with your request so we can identify the relevant records. After verifying the request, we will process the deletion in accordance with applicable legal and regulatory requirements.

WhatsApp Conversations

If you have contacted us via WhatsApp, you may request deletion of that conversation and any personal data associated with it by emailing contact@imdygital.com with the WhatsApp number used to message us. Once we verify the request, we will delete the conversation data from our records.

Contact Form Submissions

If you submitted a request through our website's contact form, you may request deletion of that submission by emailing contact@imdygital.com with the name, email address, or phone number used in the submission. Once we verify the request, we will delete the submission data from our records.
